The item was purchased from a private collection, thus deemed used. The item is in good condition inside of it's original sealed packaging. The hangar/top of card is severely bent as well as both the left, right, and bottom edges. Other than the bending that has been mentioned the back also has creasing on the top edge and the top right hand corner. The plastic window has scratches and scuffs present. The plastic window is yellow in color and it's not sure if it's from age or was supposed to be that way as we have other figures with the same date and their window is clear. The surface of the card has scratches, scuffs, and creasing present. There is wear on the edges of the packaging with color loss and cardboard spreading. The label on the front top left hand corner is starting to be unaffixed and has creasing. Pictures have been provided as a visual condition of the item.
