Comic Book Disclaimer I have examined this Comic Book to the extent possible and I have listed all flaws (if any) in the description above. My examination covers but isn't necessarily limited to: Spine, Front & Rear Cover Whether the shrinkwrap (If any is present) is intact Whether there is any obvious tears, cuts or markings (Pen or Pencil) inside (Determined by Grader) Where I do find an issue, it will have been documented in the listing above and also by pictures, where possible. Please note that brand new Comic Books sometimes have a Slipcover or Paper Slip which makes a full and thorough examination difficult if in Shrink Wrap. In particular, it is impossible to ascertain the condition of the Comic Book under any Slipcover/Paper Cover if shrink wrapped as this is hidden. If an imperfection of this kind is subsequently discovered, I can't be held responsible as this is not something I could reasonably expect to find or make known before the sale. In fact, if I receive a brand new shrink wrapped item that appears damaged I will open it to ensure no damage then sell with the note that it is no longer shrink wrapped and the reason why. All hard cover Comic Books are sent out protected with cardboard covering, and soft cover Comic Books are then packed with great care and further protection.
