[the zip code is 90015 lol - i was curious about that!] The label and frame make me think 1940s or 1950s I did tear away all of the original paperbacking as is was all torn and the frame was damaged. I took the frame apart and glued all the cracked areas. There are a few small areas of missingrocks - I did a paint match on two of them *** Please note: I will do my absolute best tocushion this piece for transport - however dueto the age of the piece, you may find more tile / rocks have fallen out during travel due to just the age of the glue used. You may needto glue pieces back in. I will wrap it in a bag first so they will be contained if it happens.Thank you for your understanding *** Overall a very cool piece of California art!
