It is in near-new condition and I base this on the paper tag. Companies don't use paper tags any more, No. 1; and, No. 2, this one is unwrinkled and highly readable -- both signs it has not been repeatedly worn and washed. This shirt has zero issues and is in great shape. It is a men's size small but please go by measurements. It measures 18 inches across the back from the top of one shoulder seam to the other; 22 inches across the back from one armpit seam to the other; 9 1/4 inches down the top of a sleeve from the seam to the end; 30 inches down the center of the back from the top of the collar to the hem; and 21 inches straight across the bottom.
