Description: This vintage frame is made by Florida artists Doug and Terri Phillips. They are husband and wife who make cartoonish whimsical yet functional, vibrant creations. He builds the wood structures, and she paints the pieces. Their goal is to create fun zany pieces that will make people smile. This piece is one of a kind and is truly a unique and eccentric piece of art. Made in 1991 and signed by the artist. It is in overall great condition. As seen in photo 8 on one of the dog's tails, it is not as pointy as the other dogs and is a bit more rough, I'm unsure if that is a small chip or if it was made that way since the tail is still painted blue it seems that was the way it was made by the artist.
