This ornament is 3" tall and in excellent condition. It comes with the original description card. No chips, cracks, marks, or damage. This bell is for 1979, the first year that Wedgwood produced their series of New Year Bells. "Pale blue and white Jasper was chosen for this first bell -- which features, in bas-relief, penguins, icicles, and a border ribbon embossed with the date 'New Year 1979." The penguin bells where only made in 1978, to be ready to ring in 1979.
