Description: Vintage new old stock Tex Shoemaker FBI Style Holster. This is for the Colt Python revolver 2 1/2", Right draw. This will also fit a Smith & Wesson L frame revolver such as a 686 or 586 up to 2 1/2". Loop will fit a belt up to 1 1/2". This will NOT fit the 686 Plus with 7 rounds. Holster is black basketweave leather and black stitched . These holsters were made by Tex Shoemaker sometime between the 1970's and 1980's.. Specifically designed for plain clothes wear. Holster has slight forward tilt, 1 3/4" belt and with hammer guard. Very much reminds me of the Hank Sloan by Bucheimer.. This is from the last 3 pallets from the Tex Shoemaker warehouse stock.
