Description: This is or a working ROSS 9 volt portable AM/ FM & POLICE Radio. It has some tape on it , on the front plate and on the bottom. It is how I found it. All i have done was placed a battery in it to see if it worked and it does. It will not come with the battery you will have to buy a battery for it. Please look at the pics
