VINTAGE 1.60ct MINE CUT DIAMOND RING (PLATINUM) Offered for consideration is this BREATHTAKING diamond and platinum estate treasure. This hand made ONE OF A KIND ring presents the most detailed craftsmanship and features three Old Mine Cut diamonds (a half carat in the center and two one quarter carats at four and ten o'clock) and another twelve transitional cuts, giving this wonderful ring a total gem weight of approximately 1.60 carats! These NATURAL and GENUINE gems are all EXCEPTIONALLY BRIGHT, VIBRANT, AND WHITE (H-I) and we asked that you take a moment to watch the attached video and rest assured that you will not be disappointed! The three mine cuts are very clean even under 10x magnification (VS), and the transitional cuts have characteristic inclusions that are not easily noticeable to the naked eye (SI1-I1). As you can see in the pictures it is a LARGE RING that weighs a solid 7.8 GRAMS total, it sits 17mm (almost three quarters of an inch) wide on the finger (from the hand to the knuckle), and it is sure to turn heads everywhere it goes! This ring was crafted of PURE (not plated or filled) PLATINUM (acid tested and guaranteed), and it is a size 5 that can only be resized larger (anywhere up to a size 8) by your jeweler. This estate piece is in GOOD PRE-OWNED CONDITION with no damage and virtually no wear on the mounting, but one of the transitional cut diamonds has an internal fracture. This type of damage is common in estate gemstone jewelry and is only noticeable under close inspection. The stone could be replaced but we would not recommend doing so for three reasons. First, the damage does not effect the integrity of the diamond. Second, as mentioned above the damage is only noticeable under close inspection. And third, replacing the diamond could damage the setting.
