Description: Vintage 1950s 1960s White Tulle Lace Cupcake Ruffle Necklace Wedding Dress As always, shown without any sort of additional crinoline underneath Might be tea length on some! 50” in length Estimated modern XS - but PLEASE see measurements to confirm and/or make your own best judgment call. Please keep in mind, when looking at the measurements, there really is not any stretch. This dress was soaked / hand laundered, but will absolutely need to be pressed / steamed. This will either be shipped in a large polymailer or folded and shipped in a box. Again, it will absolutely need to be pressed / steamed. FEATURES: Back button closure. Lining. Tulle underlayer with a ruffled tulle and lace top layer. lace faux “necklace” style with mock neck. Basque waistline. Unlined lace sleeves. COLOR: white with definite creamy undertones from age / time. WOUNDS FROM TIME: one small spot on back of bodice. See photo. Some threads that need trimmed. One small tear to one of the tulle ruffle layers (maybe a dime / nickel length). I don’t see any other issues with the tulle but due to the volume of tulle I may have missed something small. The buttons are a bit off color from age and again, this has an age related creaminess to it. It is possible if you soaked it again in Restoration it would lighten some more. MATERIAL: likely synthetic - a stiffer (not soft) lace. Measurements taken flat and APPROXIMATE Shoulder to shoulder- 15” Shoulder to waist seam (at side of basque waist) -16” waist at seam - 13.5” Smallest part of waist - 13” (which is 13” from shoulder) Hips not taken due to full nature of skirt Chest front (underarm to underarm with bust darts taken into account)- 19.5” Chest back (underarm to underarm)- 16” Shoulder to hem- 50” Sleeve length - 22" to wrist, 24” to end of point I am 5'2" weighed 107 pounds at the time the video was filmed and if I had someone else with me when I filmed, this would have been able to button up and likely been a good fit. I was wearing 4" heels. Would have been floor length in flats
