It was made by Ostby & Barton, a very successful jewelry firm in Providence, Rhode Island, founded in 1879. Firm's owner Mr. Ostby perished on the Titanic in 1912 at the age of 65. Firm's jewelry became highly sought after by collectors around the world!! This is definitely a one of a kind treasure! It would make a very special gift!
