These wheels are new and never used but do not come with axles or any hub hardware and do not come in the original manufacturer's box. What you see in the photos is exactly what you'll receive. I purchased these on eBay about 15 years ago and never got around to using them. You can build them up or just hang them on your wall as they are for a cool art decoration. If you plant to build them up you can use any 16" x 1.75" or wider tire (depending on your frame). Each wheel measures aprox 16" in diameter with the tire mounted.
