Description: This is in rough condition with definite signs of wear and tear. The binding is coming apart. Parts of the pages are deteriorating. The front cover is taped and the bottom corner is just barely hanging on when it is removed from the plastic sleeve. It might come apart this is definitely not a collectors issue. This is more of someone that wants to read, and enjoy this book and not worry of the condition. This is a low-grade.
