It was removed from a Jazzy 614 HD, and mounts to a seat frame using bolts 21" apart from center to center. It is used only on a few heavy-duty models of power chair, such as the Jazzy Elite HD, Select HD, Elite 14, and 614 HD. COMPATIBILITY: Many different seat sizes and styles are used on Jazzy power chairs. This one is called the 24" DLX Contour Seat, and it is ONLY compatible with chairs already equipped with a 24" DLX Contour Seat (it cannot be easily retrofitted to other seats). To check if this is the seat for your chair, verify that your seat does not have a removable cover, and that the seat bottom mounts using three bolts on each side that are 21" apart from center to center (shown in our photos). If your measurement or seat style is different, this seat will NOT physically install on your chair. Please ask us about compatibility if you are unsure, as seats this large are difficult to return.
