Description: PLEASE READ…This is a new in box Pioneer Woman The Mercantile Christmas Village. This is from 2022. This come in a plain brown box with custom formed styrofoam packaging. I’m not sure why this doesn’t come with traditional Pioneer Woman box but it’s in a form fitted protection in a brown box. The pictures are from my personal village. These will be checked but there seems to be a design issue. The light pole by the front door will probably be loose. This is easily fixed with a little super glue. I will check all before shipping and make sure there are not any major issues. This just seems like a flaw to have a fragile piece that can’t stay together during shipment. But it should be an easy fix with a little super glue or hot glue. I have close up pictures of the light pole so you can see the possible issues. Measurements are in the pictures as well.
