Description: Life-Like Proto 1000 23897 FM A/B Diesel Locomotive Set Union Pacific #704/704B HO4127 The 704b runs with low voltage. The 704 locomotive light comes on with low voltage but the wheels and gears appear to be gummed from the old lube and gunk. I brought it to my local hobby / train dealer on 11/3/2024 and the manager confirmed my analysis and stated due to its age and setting for many years it needed a cleaning and proper lube. This set features plastic construction, trucks, metal wheels, PROTO 2000™ magnetic knuckle couplers, constant and directional lighting, dual machined brass flywheels. Locomotive need new couplers.
