Description: Beautiful Van Raalte "Sheerio" vintage late 1940s / early 1950s negligee made of a soft, silky, watersheer nylon in a pretty pale pastel pink colour accented with ruffles of lace. The sleeveless nightgown has a scoop neckline framed with triple lace ruffles, a tailored waist and a slim cut skirt with an ankle length hem. MEASUREMENTS: Labeled as a size 36 ... the bust fits a size 36 best, underbust/empire waist measures 30 inches best, hips measure 60 inches and the gown is 56 inches in length. CONDITION: Slight wear ... on the backside of the skirt, there are two pinholes (see pic - that is my pencil pointing to one) - with the location, size and drape of the fabric, the tiny flaws are only found when carefully searched for ... overall, very good condition.
