Description: Michael D. Coe, Richard A. Diehl, "In the Land of the Olmec," University of Texas Press, 1980. No edition stated--presumed first. An extensive anthropological/archaeological work on San Lorenzo Tenochtitlan. Two large books and folder containing two maps, all housed together in a slipcase. Slipcase shows wear and rubbing to the edges, some bumps, and some bowing likely due to being stacked horizontally, otherwise the slipcase illustration is sharp without fading. The books appear unread and there is minimal rubbing to the spine only along the edges. The books appear unused, with nearly all of the wear being found on the slipcase as shown in the photos. A great set.
