The aluminum bushings simplify the installation a bit, but more importantly, it gets rid of yet another plastic part that tends to flex on the OEM cables, leading to a sloppy feeling shift. Because these cables were designed with performance applications in mind, there will be an increase in NVH. It is possible that more transmission noise and vibration will be transmitted into the cabin. Being that the Civic has a ton of interior panels and a deep console, it is minimal, but keep in mind it may not be as quiet as stock parts. What is included with these shifter cables?The kit comes with two shifter cables; each shifter cable set includes two cotter pins, and clips for the shifter end.
