I acquired the organic dried berries from Mountain Rose Herb and they were of good quality. Thanks.Hawthorn (Crataegus spp.) is a wonderful trophorestorative for the cardiovascuar system. A trophorestorative is an herb that restores tissue and function to the affected system, thus retaining function once the herb has been discontinued. Hawthorn may strengthen the heart beat and evens out heart rhythm, if needed. It helps lower high blood pressure and raise low blood pressure, meeting whatever the cardiovascular system may need. Hawthorn is also a lovely one for menopausal women to strengthen the heart, support emotional well-being, help with lack of bladder tone and moisten dry, tight tissues. This is an alcohol tincture.Dosages vary depending on use, but I always recommend starting with 3 to 25 drops, 3 to 4 times a day. This is a tonic herb and may take some time to see the effect. Listen to your body and direct your dosage from there.Returns: I am not accepting returns because of the resale safety issue of the products. Even though the bottle caps may be sealed, the stoppers bulbs are soft rubber thus not tamper proof; and oils and ointments are not sealed.
