Description: Hand Painted Glass Copper & Gold Charger Plate Signed 13”. It’s signed on back. I can’t make out signature it may be Kimberly but I’m not positive. It’s approximately 13” in diameter. Hand painted on back copper and gold. There is a few spots where paint is missing please see pictures. The way it’s made makes it hard to notice. Minimal signs of use. No major scratches.
