The figurine separates into two pieces - the bottom, which include the base and legs, are stationary; when assembled the top does have some sway, as if actively balancing. This item is in good condition. There are very minor signs of shelf wear on the bottom. There are no other noticeable blemishes, stains, or discoloration.
