Description: All 76 keys are working and touch sensitivity works. TESTED with external speaker system and sounds were great and the keys feel great, like a real piano. It sounded great! When powering up, the low battery message comes up but is dismissed with the first button push and then works thereafter. There are videos on youtube on replacing the battery that do not look difficult. Batteries "might" just be a pair of CR2032 batteries. Please verify exact solution for yourself. The LED screen worked and looks good. Includes a hardshell case with 1/2 to 3/4" foam throughout. Keyboard will ship in bubble wrap and then inside this case with heavy duty paper filler as needed. Then the case in a heavy duty box, again with heavy duty packing paper as needed. Keyboard includes a hard shell case that has thick padding inside and smalls like a bar but otherwise is in good condition and hinges work and are heavy duty. This is a very HEAVY keyboard, almost 66 lbs in the case. It will be shipping in bubble wrap with additional heavy duty packing paper added to prevent movement ... inside the hardshell case for additional protection. I will hand deliver to my local UPS Store. It will ship in a HEAVY HEAVY DUTY box that can handle this weight with ease. Additional padding will be added around the hardshell case and the BOX. note: due to the size and weight if this item, if the expected shipping to your location exceeds the price paid by a large amount, seller reserves the right to either use a different shipper or the order may be cancelled note: there is a strip of black grip tape on the back that might be covering something or might just be to improve grip when handling the keyboard. Cleaned all exterior surfaces and tested all 76 keys for sound. Did not open unit.
