This device will "Wedge" between the vehicle wiring harness and your Stop/Start Switch. Once installed when you start the vehicle each time Stop/Start will be disabled automatically. The switch will still retain all the normal function. So if you want to turn S/S back on, simply press your S/S console button and it's now enabled for that trip.
