Description The Centennial Defense Systems (CDS) stainless steel guide rod assembly is a dual spring complete drop in unit made from solid stainless steel. This eliminates guide rod flex and ensures it will not chip, crack, or break like plastic guide rods. This provides a lifetime of reliable service. It also adds a little additional weight to the front, which leads to less muzzle flip and greater overall accuracy. The recoil springs are manufactured from certified aerospace specification steel, heat treated, shot peened, and stress relieved to maximize durability. Like all CDS products, these guide rods are designed, manufactured, finished, and assembled in the United States of America.
