This is new, however the original packaging is worn due to storage the product itself may have blemishes due to storage. This kit includes the center section, a 2 5/16" ball, (2) 1/2" U-bolts, (4) conical springs, (4) 1/2" lock nuts, (1) 5/16" X 3/4" carriage bolt, (1) 5/16" X 3/4" cap screw and (1) 5/16" flange nut. This center kit should be used with the (GNRM1012) mounting kit box which is NOT included. This center kit has a gross towing weight of 30,000 lbs and a vertical load limit of 7500 lbs.
