Description: I have a Set of 8, Antique A. Lanternier & Co., Limoges France Fine Bone China 9" Dessert Plates. All are dignified and exquisite, with a simple 22k filigree gold rim pattern. The filigree 22k gold and the plates overall are in superb condition with no fading, crazing, cracks, splits chips, stains, or repairs. The back mark in green is "A.Lanternier & Co. Limoges", the mark used from 1918 through 1929. It was in 1918 the factory made "table wares". And in 1925, Alfred "A" Lanternier took pieces to the Paris Decorative Arts Exhibition where they were awarded the "Grand Prix" honor! So, yes, I have a Set of 8 Rare Limoges France by A.
