The T2 reverse was introduced in 2021 and shows a bold close-up profile portrait of a bald eagle. Each coin is a $5 Gold American Eagle with a total of 1/10 ounce of gold in each. Recall that the American Eagle series is not a pure gold coin as it has around 90% fineness but each coin has a set amount of gold in it (in the case of these coins, each as 1/10 ounce for a total of 2/10 ounces - this means if you placed just the coin on a scale it would be heavier than 1/10 ounce but only 1/10 ounce of gold is there).
