Donahoe traveled to Athens. Lt. Donahoe is trying to hitchhike back to the United States via military air transport before his 30-day Christmas leave from a Corpus Christi, Texas air station and his supply of diapers run out. His wife, Helen, is waiting in New York. Mrs. Donahue, a Houston girl of Greek descent contacted the Athens foundling center through a relative. The Donahoes are childless.
