It features a B&W image of actors Reginald Owen (Ebenezer Scrooge) and Lionel Braham (the Ghost of Christmas Present). It has the number "3" in the lower right hand corner. This is likely one publicity photo of a numbered set in a series. Photo is in real nice condition. Has two small holes at the top; it looks like it was pinned to something. I'm not an expert, but I would say this photo is more matte than glossy.
