Photograph printed by the Associated Press of Great Britain, London. There are multiple stamped dates on the back, an indication of when this photograph was used. The earliest stamp date used by the Daily Telegraph on February 17th, 1937. Another stamp dated August 27th, 1974 used also by The Daily Telegraph. Newspaper clipping glued on the back which was very typical of the time from the Press. This incident preceded by a few days plans of Colonel Charles Lindbergh and Air Marshal Balbo, both famous for their Atlantic flights, to meet in Rome and later in the week Lindbergh and his wife are expected to fly to Tripoli, where they will be the guests of Balbo.
