The author's name and title of the publication appears on the map above the title block along with the actual date of the map's creation 1878, slightly earlier than the publication date of 1885, see the pics. The name of the lithographer Julius Bien appears in the lower left margin and the state printer Lane S. Hart appears in the lower right margin. A copy of the title page is also included for authenticity. It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown in the main pic. Size: The entire page measures 8 3/4 by 11 inches (22x28cm) Condition: The map is in Very Good condition, blank on reverse, with a centerfold as issued. It is very clean with strong color, printed on heavy paper, see the pics for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
