Six officers pose at Camp Lee Virginia before transporting overseas. The 320th Infantry was mainly comprised of men from Western Pennsylvania, most from the Pittsburgh area. The postcard is in VG condition, In addition to the images of the postcard below, I am showing a photo clipping from the Pittsburgh Gazette June 6, 1919 when the 320th marched through the streets of Pittsburgh after sailing home from France. Also for your review is an embarkation document showing some of the men from Company C returning to the states. The bottom of the document reveals the signature of "Edward T. Miller" Captain of Company C. I cannot confirm that Captain Miller is the Captain referred to on the postcard. but very likely. The research items are NOT included with the sale of the postcard.
